Required Identification
Identification must be current, not expired.
Only original documents, not photocopies or scanned images.
Primary ID must be photo identification issued by a Federal or State Government. Driver's license, Passport, Green Card, State Issued ID, Military ID.
Loan Signings* (2 Forms of ID required)
Minimum age 18 years old or older.
All signatories must be present for their signatures to be notarized.
Do not sign or date documents until you are in the presence of the notary.
